Sixty-four of the best 3-Gun Nation competitors matched their skills at the 2012 inaugural 3-Gun Nation Pro Series event held March 31 in St. Augustine, FL. Keith Garcia garnered the first place finish vanquishing his fellow competitors. It was a day full of excitement and anticipation as this very popular series kicked off the season.
Also making its debut was the new Pro Series Target, a circular target that draws from competitive shooting’s Bullseye roots. It features two scoring areas-a 17.25-inch secondary zone or “B” zone and an 8″ primary zone, or “A” zone. A neutralized target is recognized as one hit in the A zone or two hits anywhere in the B zone.
A 3 Gun Nation official cardboard version of this target is now available from MGM Targets out of Caldwell, ID. This cardboard rendition was developed by MGM in concert with officials from 3 Gun Nation Pro Series. For those who recognize the need to practice the discipline necessary to compete at a higher level this target is a must. MGM Targets also supplied all the steel targets used at the recent match.
