This function provides you with a greater certainty of an ethically placed shot – both up and downhill.
The algorithm developed by Leica takes not only the linear distance and the angle into account, but also includes a ballistic curve, resulting in greater accuracy than the Rifleman’s Rule (cosine-function). Best of all, no previous knowledge of ballistics is required when using the EHR function. Just press the button and the display will appear. Pre-setting or pre-programming is not required.
