The P238 Custom pistols consist of eight versions that are detailed below.
- The custom Purple Chrome P238 features a high polished purple PVD stainless steel slide, alloy frame with Artic Frost finish, Purple Pearlite® grips, and Rainbow Ti controls.
- The custom White Gold P238 features a high polished gold stainless steel slide, alloy frame with Artic Frost finish, Blackwood grips and gold plated controls.
- The custom Tactical Edge P238 features a matte stainless steel slide coated in Edge Ti PVD, alloy frame with Artic Frost finish, Hogue® black rubber finger groove grip and black controls.
- The custom White Chrome P238 features a high polished stainless steel slide, alloy frame with Artic Frost finish, White Pearlite® grips and White Chrome controls.
- The custom Blue Ice P238 features a high polished blue stainless steel slide, alloy frame with Artic Frost finish, Blue Pearlite® grips and Blue Ice controls.
- The custom Green Envy P238 features a stainless steel slide coated in Green Cerakote™, alloy frame with Artic Frost finish, polished controls with Green trigger and Green Pearlite® grips.
