This review could help the President and Secretary Zinke get a better understanding of how monument designations have adversely affected hunting opportunities.
CBD Files Suit to Challenge the Congressional Review Act and Undermine Alaska’s Wildlife Management – The Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) has filed a lawsuit to challenge the constitutionality of the Congressional Review Act. The purpose of CBD’s suit is to invalidate H.J. 69, which nullified a regulation adopted by the FWS that prohibited forms of hunting on all National Wildlife Refuges in Alaska.
