Anglers will get an entire week of fishing in before entering their prize catches. The Anglers Meeting and Kick-off will be held Friday evening, October 10th at Harry Goodes Outdoor Shop at the southwest end of Melbourne Causeway. Jay Harrington from Fish on Fire will demonstrate how to cook seafood properly. Samples, beer and refreshments will be provided. The Awards’ Finale will be held Sunday afternoon, October 19th at Grills Riverside north of Pineda Causeway. Refreshments and appetizers will be provided. The Tournament itself will run from the 11th-18th sunrise to sunset on each day.Cold hard cash will be awarded in 11 different species. There will also be a silent auction and lots of raffles! Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.
Registration is only $40 per adult and $20 per youth entry.
Two free workshops will be conducted prior to the Tournament. Any angler who registers for the Tournament at either workshop will get 2 free raffle tickets ($10 value)!
- Wed. Sept. 10th at Harry Goodes – Bait for Surf Fishing Workshop from 6-8pm.
- Wed. Oct. 8th at Strike Zone – Artificial Bait for Surf Fishing from 6-8pm.
