The 2013 Forrest Wood Cup will be broadcast in high-definition (HD) on NBC when “FLW” airs Sept. 29 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. ET. The Emmy-nominated “FLW” television show is hosted by Jason Harper and is broadcast to more than 564 million households worldwide, making it the most widely distributed weekly outdoors-sports television show in the world. Coverage of the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup will immediately re-air on the NBC Sports Network on Sept. 29 at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The premier bass-fishing championship, presented by Walmart, took place Aug. 15-18 in Shreveport-Bossier City, La., and featured 46 of the nation’s top professional anglers battling it out for a first-place prize of $500,000.
Bass-fishing fans who tune into the Sept. 29 NBC broadcast can also participate in Forrest Wood Cup Trivia for a chance to win an Igloo Yukon cooler as well as other great prizes. During the airing of “FLW,” trivia questions will be posted on Facebook and Twitter throughout the show. Make sure to submit your answers on the FLW Facebook page or #ForrestWoodCup on Twitter. At the end of the show there will be a random drawing from all of the correct answers that are submitted for the Yukon Cooler. Five additional winners will be selected to receive an autographed hat from the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup champion.
