The North Carolina Justice Academy will host its Inaugural Charity Challenge, an event to raise funds for Hope For The Warriors®, a national nonprofit organization that supports wounded U.S. service members, their families, and families of the fallen.
The NCJA Charity Challenge will take place on November 10, 2012 at the NC Justice Academy East Campus at 200 West College Street, Salemburg, NC. The Charity Challenge is a practical pistol competition designed around the skills used by concealed carry, law enforcement, and military shooters. The Charity Challenge will be an action shooting event based on concealed carry and self-defense scenarios. Participants will complete eight challenging courses of fire using customized match rules. Prizes will be awarded for each division. Pre-registration forms should be mailed by October 26th.
The North Carolina Justice Academy mission is to improve the quality and effectiveness of criminal justice services to the citizens of North Carolina through research, education, training, and support for criminal justice and related personnel.
