Ingredients
•12 crappie fillets
•12 bacon slices
•¼ teaspoon garlic powder
•¼ teaspoon onion powder
•¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
•Sprinkle spices on fillets, cut into cubes. Roll up fillets, wrap with bacon and secure
with a toothpick.
•Grill over very low heat, turning fillets several times.
•Cook until bacon is brown and inside of fillets flake.
