By participating in this Quick-Set Summer Contest, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors (viewable on the clamoutdoors.com website), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Quick-Set Summer Contest. The Quick-Set Summer Contest is open to legal residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older by the time of entry. The Quick-Set Summer Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on May 15, 2016, and ends at 12:00 a.m. CT on June, 15, 2016. (Official contest time period) To be eligible for this Quick-Set Summer Contest, all entries must be provided digitally via designated link or by posting to Facebook or Instagram by using the hash tag #quicksetsummercontest by 12:00 AM Central Time on June 15, 2016. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are not eligible to participate. Only residents of lower 48 United States of America (USA) are eligible.
TO ENTER: During the Quick-Set Summer Contest time period, access your Facebook account and “like” the Quick-Set company Facebook page, take a photo of either using one of the Quick-Set Screen Shelters or take a picture of a Quick-Set Screen Shelter being used by another person. Post that image on Facebook using the hashtag #quicksetsummercontest or send digitally to designated link provided on promotional assets/ads on social media and online.
PRIZES: This giveaway applies to the winner. Quick-Set Summer Contest includes the following: One (1) Quick-Set Escape Screen Shelter (green version), two sets of three (3) Quick-Set Wind Panel Accessories, Clam Small Fan/Light combo, Clam Cooler Chair, Clam LED Hub Light, Grizzly/Clam co-branded 60 quart cooler and Zippo Outdoors All Terrain Grill.
DRAWINGS AND PRIZEWINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) prizewinner will be selected by choosing the best image provided of a Quick-Set Screen Shelter in use. The prizewinner will be selected on or about June 17, 2016, from all eligible entries received. The potential prizewinner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or U.S. mail on or about June 17, 2016.
GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners agree to release Sponsors and promotional partners from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever related to the prize. Winner will not be able to trade prizes in for cash or use against purchasing another item. Winner will be responsible for any tax implications of winning a prize pack of this value. A W-9 form will be required to be filled out prior to taking possession of the prizes/products. Winner will be responsible for paying the shipping charges associated with getting the prizes to his or her house/residence. There will be opportunity to pick up the prizes at Clam Outdoors during the week (M-F) during the business hours of 9:00 am and 4 pm.
