The 10th Annual Shooting Industry Masters early bird entry deadline is fast approaching. Sponsored by FMG Publications, the highly anticipated two-day match will return to the Rockcastle Shooting Center, Park Mammoth Resort in Park City, Ky., July 20-21. Companies who enter teams by April 20 will receive a discount on their entry fees, plus a free 1/4-page, four-color ad.
Early bird teams will receive $250 off their registration fee. The discounted cost of fielding a four-person team is $1,500.
In addition to the discounted entry fee, companies that enter by the early bird deadline will receive a free 1/4-page, four-color Shooting Industry Masters Team Challenge Ad in the June 2012 issue of Shooting Industry magazine.
New this year, FMG is also offering a Sponsors Early Bird Bonus. Last year’s sponsors will have their fees held at the 2011 level if they renew their sponsorships for 2012. New sponsors can also take advantage of an early bird sponsorship for $3,000 – a discount of $500.
All sponsors receive an added bonus: Their four-person team entry fee is $1,250.
“Many teams have already reserved their spot, including Accurate Innovations, Aimpoint, Benchmade, Brownells, Bushnell, Callis & Associates, Colt’s Mfg., Crimson Trace, Daniel Defense, Diamondback Firearms, DPMS, FNH, Galco, Glock, H&K, Hodgdon, Hornady, Hot Caliber, Howard Leight, JP Rifles, LaserLyte, Lipsey’s, MKS Supply, MTM Case Gard, NRA, NSSF, Nordic Components, O.F. The Masters benefits NSSF’s First Shots, which introduces new shooters to the safe and recreational use of firearms. During the past three Masters, FMG Publications raised $94,000 for First Shots.
“We’re looking forward to the 2012 match, and we’d like to see everyone at the Masters: First, because it’s a lot of fun, and second, because the money raised will help us reach more new shooters through the First Shots program,” said Steve Sanetti, NSSF president and CEO.
