That is what you will find at the 2015 Pope & Young Club Convention! You may be familiar with our records program, but the Pope & Young Club is far more than the keeper of the universally recognized repository of North American big game bowhunting records. Each year, through our Conservation and Outreach fund, the Club supports programs that help to ensure bowhunting will be here for future generations. These efforts include DNA research of Coues’ deer, the Shiras’ moose study, the Elk research in Absaroka Mountains of Wyoming, the outdoor education center at the Jack Creek Preserve, the Bitterroot Elk Project, Primero Conservation jaguar research, Conservation Leaders of Tomorrow, American Wildlife Conservation Partners, QDMA, TRCP, U.S. Sportsmans Alliance, Kicking Bear One-On-One Camp for kids, National Archery in the Schools program and many others. Our convention auctions and raffles fund these programs, so please join us and you just might take home a hunt of a lifetime or some of the finest bowhunting gear available today! You will be helping to protect North American big game, fund bowhunter education and defend our bowhunting heritage!
Live Auction – $300,000 worth of hunts and high-end bowhunting gear!
The Club’s live auction is one of the highlights of our 4-day national gathering. The auction is the Club’s number one fundraiser for its conservation projects. Through generous donations from the Club’s members and select outfitters, the Club is able to raise money for much-needed projects. Hunts include moose, mountain lion, whitetail, elk, black bear, grizzly bear, pronghorn, mule deer, blacktail and even Spanish Ibex! Bowhunting gear includes bows from Mathews, Hoyt, Qarbon Nano, DAS, Elite, Bowtech

Outfitter’s Area – Book your next hunt, collect information for future hunts and simply dream of future adventures. From Thursday morning through Saturday, about sixty outfitters and Corporate Partners will be on hand, many of whom support the Club through partnership and donations for the Auction. The Outfitter’s Area is certain to be a bustling place. This is a great opportunity for convention attendees to explore hunting opportunities, get to know the manufacturers that support the Club and gather information for next year’s adventures or that hunt-of-a-lifetime.
Established in 1961, the Pope & Young Club is a non-profit North American conservation & bowhunting organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of our bowhunting heritage, hunting ethics and wildlife conservation.
