This week, GUNTALK airs two episodes of the web series First Person Defender, a show where real people get the chance to experience force on force training through realistic simulations with shooting professionals. This week’s theme is testing the good guys on their observational skills.
First, a female participant is attacked when walking alone in a parking lot. Through live fire exercises with trainer Wes Doss, she learns the skills she will need to protect herself as she travels for work. Then, trainer Chris Cerino works with a newly-graduated sheriff’s deputy, as he attempts to intervene in a store robbery where not of the bad guys are easy to spot.
