Sportsmen have a unique opportunity to meet and hear the 2012 Republican Vice Presidential Nominee, Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan, as he headlines the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance 16th Annual “Save Our Heritage” Rally, sponsored by the Ithaca Gun Company. The event will be held on Saturday, September 29 at the Aladdin Shrine Temple in Columbus, Ohio.
At this event, Congressman Ryan will interact with the leadership of the Midwest’s most dedicated sportsmen’s organizations, all of whom are committed to the future of wildlife conservation.
“It is truly an honor to have Congressman Ryan joining us for our celebration,” said USSA President Bud Pidgeon. “Not only is he an accomplished bowhunter in his own right, but he truly understands our issues and is a strong champion of our hunting heritage.”
Doors open at 3:00 p.m. with raffles, live and silent auctions, games and dinner to follow. In addition, everyone in attendance at the rally will receive a single entry into the grand prize drawing for their very own 18-acre hunting paradise.
The land give-a-way is made possible through a generous contribution from the B & N Coal Co., of Dexter City, Ohio. In addition to giving away 18 acres of land, we’ll be giving away dozens of guns and bows, and other great prizes.
Tickets are available now, though seating will be limited. To purchase tickets, contact USSA at (614) 888-4868 or visit www.ussportsmen.org/rally to purchase online.
First held in 1997 to fight anti-hunting efforts, the USSA “Save Our Heritage” Rally is a celebration of our rich outdoor heritage and strong hunting community.
