It was windy and cold. Wind gusts hit 45 mph. Whitecaps were crashing the shore, and Pepper got a bit close to the edge and was almost blown into the lake. It was even difficult for me to stand when one of those high gust would suddenly hit me from the back. I thought it was going to be about time to throw in the towel when I had a hit on a Custom Jigs & SpinsWolfinkee with a Berkley FishingCrappie Nibble. It was a bass around 15 inches, which was followed by another around 13 inches a few minutes later.
