The hearing will be held by the Senate Gun Issues Special Committee, chaired by state Senator Gerald Malloy (D-29). Also serving on the committee are Senators Chip Campsen (R-43), Chauncey Gregory (R-16), Greg Hembree (R-28), and Marlon Kimpson (D-42).
